In August 2004 the Elplast Company was granted ISO 9001:2000 Certificate in plastics processing.
The entity auditing the Quality Management System existing in our Company is one of the most recognized certification bodies TÜV Rheinland InterCert.
We did our best to fully satisfy our customers with the services we provide, and, at the same time, to guarantee our services to meet the requirements of EN ISO 9001:2000 standard. We would like our policy, our goals and management system to contribute to the highest possible quality of our services.
We take great care of the quality of our service at every level of our manufacturing process.
The quality inspection is performed at every stage, beginning from enquiry and planning through orders' execution.
Due to commitment of our management and remaining staff we are in position to monitor the system on regular basis.
We achieve high quality of our services by:

- Observing the procedures included in Quality Book
- Regular internal audits
- Taking proactive measures in order to avoid mistakes
- Taking measures aimed at rectifying the problems

- Raising staff qualifications at every level, following the training schedule.
The Certificate is a proof of credibility for Elplast.
